What services do you offer?

Home Improvement, home repair, and bathroom remodeling. Licensed as a general contractor with specialty licenses in electrical and plumbing services, our company specializes in installations of all types, and bathroom remodeling. All our Craftsmen have 15 years or more experience in the trades so we can handle most anything you need, but we do not do additions or large structural home remodels.

Is changing a light bulb too small a job?

Absolutely not, if that is all you need, we'll happily do it for you, in fact we have a few customers who ask us to do this every year.  To save you both time and money we do suggest that you make a list of these smaller home repair and home improvement projects so that we can do them all in one visit.

Is a bathroom remodel too big a job?

Again, no. We are a licensed general contractor (789782) and can remodel your bathroom from top to bottom. We can start from scratch or simply add new tile or plumbing fixtures to update the look without breaking then bank.

Are you a referral service and / or do you sub-contract out the home remodel work?

Neither. The craftsman who works on your home repair projects is an employee of  All In One Home Services. All our Craftsmen have been background checked and personally screened and trained to make sure they not only meet our high standards of workmanship, but they are people who will make you feel comfortable from the moment you first meet them all the way through until the job is done. We are confident that you will be asking for them time and again.

Are you insured and bonded?

We have both liability and worker's compensation insurance to protect you, and our license is bonded as required by state law.

How do you price the home repair work?

We give you a fixed price after we have viewed the work site and written up exactly what you want us to do. That way you know what the price is before we start the work. There are no hidden surprises.

How long does it take to get the repair job started after the contract is accepted?

We like to start immediately, if possible; that saves you time and money.

Who selects the materials for the work?

We ask you to pick out and purchase all the fixtures and finishes. After all, you know what you want better than we do. But don't worry about how to fit the tub into the back of your car.  We can do all the heavy lifting for you! And no need to worry about the small stuff like wire, lumber, nails, etc. - that's the part of the hardware store our guys love and we will supply them.

When do I pay for the work?

Not until the work is done and you are satisfied. We do not ask for money up front other than to pay for materials needed for the job. In fact, it is illegal to get a down payment of more than 10% of the total labor price. On larger jobs, we will set up a payment schedule based upon completion of various phases of your home improvement or bathroom remodel project.

What happens if something goes wrong after I have paid for the work?

Give us a call and we will fix it right away at no charge. We warrant all our workmanship for 1 full year, and you can count on us to be here when you call.

Do you have references?

We are happy to provide you the names of customers who have worked with the Craftsman assigned to your job. Many times they will have done exactly what you are planning to do, and often they are your neighbors.

Do you do free estimates?

We are more than happy to provide you a free estimate on larger jobs such as a bathroom remodel or larger home improvement. But if you are seeking estimates on very small projects such as a minor home repair (leaky toilet) or simple installation (replace a light fixture), we have a $30- $65 consultation fee for which you will receive a written bid and our advice. If you decide to have us do the work at a later date, that fee will be refunded to you.

So call us at 925-938-6251.
